Medium Voltage Switchgear (3.3 KV to 33 KV) is Distribution of Electricity and is one of the basic Industries in India. It consist of various types of Components which include Transformer Relays, Vacuum Circuit Breakers etc. The demand for Medium Voltage Switch Gear will increase due to the Industrial development and rural Electrification. The different Medium Voltage Switchgear are 3.3 KV, 11 KV, 22 KV & 33 KV or as per customer requirement and specification. The increasing energy transmission requires protection capable of clearing faults where several thousands of MVA of energy can be fed by inter connected power stations. Fault clearing rating of circuit breakers and their reliability are assuming progressively greater importance. Since, the economic supply is largely dependent on availability of power supply, isolation of faulty feeder and segregating the same assumes equal importance. The back up protection becomes equally vital. Cause for occurrence of faults and their elimination is of paramount importance to avoid consequent disruption of production and dissatisfaction in customers, since various voltage levels for 800 KV to 240 volts exist in the supply system, corresponding ratings for circuit breakers, isolators etc. have been developed with adequate attention to the specific problem of fault clearance higher reliability, less maintenance,  energy accessibility etc. Therefore in India. The entire range of circuit breakers implicate minimum oil, air blast, and vacuum to SF6 are manufactured and made available In MT switch gears and control gears MCBS, air circuit breakers, switches receivable fuses and HRC fuses with respective fuse base and holders, starters etc. are produced in different versions for supplying individually or in specially engineere control centres of customer specifications. Motor   control centres, distribution panels, elaborate control systems based on microprocessor control, computer control etc, are designed generating stations,  load dispatch centres major receiving centres industrial complexes etc.
